The emergence of 350-pound Ouchiyama as the Ozeki of the East camp highlighted the new list of ratings issued Saturday for the forthcoming Summer Grand Sumo Tournament to open on May 15 for 15 days at the Kokugikan Sumo Arena at Kuramae, Asakusa, Tokyo.
