SUMO RESULTS
Seventh Day

    Mitsuneyama, who had been the only holder of a clean record until the sixth day of the New Year's Grand Sumo Championships, hit the dirt on the seventh day, marking the top upset of the day.
    On the other hand, a Grand Champion Chiyonoyama lost to Kotogahama recording two defeats in a row.
    Another Grand Champion Yoshibayama, who received an injury at his ankle on the fifth day of the meet against Asashio gave up the ring for the current season starting Saturday.
