TOCHINISHIKI CLINCHES TITLE IN SUMO TOURNEY

    Ozeki-ranking Tochinishiki clinched the 1954 Summer Grand Sumo Tournament championship for the Emperor's Cup Friday by hanging up his 13th victory in 14 matches as he downed Kitanonada midst rousing cheers of the capacity crowd at Tokyo's Kokugikan at Kuramae.
    He won his third tourney championship with one more day of the current tournament to go as his closest opponents, Grand Champions Chiyonoyama and Kagamisato, have already suffered three beatings.
