Ozeki ranking Tochinishiki hoisted himself as top favorite for the championship Emperor's Cup Thursday by overpowering Grand Champion Kagamisato on the 13th day of the 15-day Summer Grand Sumo Tournament at the Kokugikan at Kuramae, Tokyo.
    His victory gave him the best record among topnotch wrestlers with 12 wins and one defeat.
    In another big event of the day, Ozeki Mitsuneyama of the East team toppled Yokozuna Chiyonoyama.
