TOKYO, May 28 - "Ozeki" Chiyonoyama, who won the 1951 summer main professional sumo tourney with a brilliant record of 14 wins and one defeat, was unanimously promoted to the highest sumo rank of "yokozuna" at the meeting of the Japan Sumo Association's board of directors today.
    The 25 year old wrestler will be shortly installed with due ceremony as the 41st grand champion in the history of Japanese professional sumo.
