SAKAI, Osaka, Nov. 13 - The Kwansei Gakuin wrestlers won their second postwar victory in the national intercollegiate sumo meet wen they defeated the defending champions Kinki University, 4 matches to 1, in the inter-team finals held at the Ohama ring here yesterday.
    By nosing out the Meiji team, 3 to 2, Chuo University took third place.
    After all bouts were over, a closing ceremony took place to award the victorious Kwangaku team a number of prizes including the H.I.H. Prince Takamatsu's Trophy, championship banner and trophies presented by Governor Akama of Osaka Prefecture and Mayor Yamaguchi of Sakai.
