SAKAI, Osaka, Nov. 12 - Hajime Arimitsu of Kwansei gakuin, captured the individual championship of the 28th National intercollegiate sumo championship meet by defeating Yoshihiro Sasai, of Doshisha University, in the finals of the two day competition which wound up here today.
    This was Arimitsu's second victory in the individual contest after the war.
    In the match for deciding the third place winner, Michiaki Yoshimura, of Kinki University, winner of the 1949 tourney, went down in defeat before Hitoshi Numao, of Meiji University.
