TOKYO, Oct. 6 - Plans are being made for the former Futabayama and seven other well known figures in sumo wrestling circles to go to Hawaii to appear before Japanese there early next month.
    Tsuneo P. Harada, Tokyo manager of the Hawaiian Travel Service and former aide to Maj.-Gen. W.F. Marquat, SCAP's ESS chief, who recently returned from Honolulu and is negotiating the trip, said it is in reply to wishes of Japanese residents in the islands.
