The 15 day sumo tournament pitting the nation's leading - and heaviest - wrestlers against each other in a grueling series of matches, will begin today at the Hamacho Stadium.
    Matches will begin at 9 a.m. on the opening date and at 11 a.m. daily thereafter. Feature bouts start about 2 p.m.
    All four Grand Champions will be on hand for the tourney.
    Grand Champion Azumafuji is favored to cop the individual championship.
