TOKYO, Nov. 4 - Approximately 30 houses, including 2 clubs of the Japan Sumo Association, were burnt down in a two hour fire that broke out last night at 9.55 o'clock from the Dewanoumi Sumo Club situated in front of the Memorial Hall (formerly Kokugikan) at Higashi-Ryogoku, Koto-ku, here.
