Mitsuneyama Defeats 'Yokozuna' Terukuni

    TOKYO, June 8. - Mitsuneyama, "komusubi" of the East team, who defeated Shionoumi, new "ozeki," on the fifth day, again shone, by thrusting out Terukuni, "yokozuna" and captain of the West squad in the last bout on the sixth day of the summer main sumo tourney at the Meiji sumo ring here today before the biggest crowd of enthusiastic fans since the opening of the current tournament.

The results of the other leading matches were:

Kozuzan thrust out Yatakayama
Sakuranishiki toppled Kashiwado
Kamikaze threw down Shinshuzan
Shionoumi toppled Fudoiwa
Azumafuji thrust out Saganohana
Maedayama derricked out Terunobori
Haguroyama pushed out Itsutsuumi
