NISHINOMIYA, Mar. 26 - With the exception of Maedayama, "ozeki" of the East team, who tasted his first defeat at the hands of fighting Kamikaze, at the high ranking wrestlers of both East and West teams won their respective matches on the fifth day of the Kansai main professional sumo tourney at the specially constructed ring here today.
    By outpointing the East team 10 to 7 on that day, the West squad further increased its lead to seven points in the inter-team competition.
