The Memorial Hall, former Kokugikan, Tokyo, which has been remodeled as a U.S. Army athletic hall, under the supervision of Lt. James Blanning, will make its debut as an ice skating rink by the end of this year.
    The erstwhile Japanese wrestling stadium now presents a completely changed appearance with "Memorial Hall" in large black letters clearly seen on the silvery white round roof.
    The hall is so constructed that the skate rink can easily be converted into a basketball court or for other indoor sports by placing boards on the rink.
