Terunobori, "maegashira", of the West team, who maintained his undefeated record until the ninth day, was finally beaten by Yatakayama on the 10th day of the current main sumo tourney, November 15, at the Memorial Hall, Tokyo.
    In the interteam competition, the East and West teams tied by 11 points each on the day, the total score being 113 points to 106 in favor of the former.
