KYOTO, Oct. 8 - By thrusting out Oiwayama in the finals of the three day competition, Mitsuneyama, promising wrestler, won the Kyoto tourney of the Japan Professional Sumo Association, which ended here today.
    In an extra all-"yokozuna" bout on the last day, formidable Haguroyama, captain of the East team, thrust out chubby Terukuni, head of the West team.
