TOKYO, Feb. 12 - Tomojiro Sakata, gigantic Sumo wrestler, threw all his bulk - all 376 pounds of it - into the election race for the Japanese Diet today.
    Sakata adds considerable stature to the Rightist party ticket for the elections - he towers seven feet in height.
    The Japanese wrestles under the comprehensive title of ''Minanogawa" which means "man-woman-river-field."
