KYOTO, Jan. 23 - Aimed at the entertainment of the Allied Occupation Forces in the Kansai district and the subscription of donations for the relief of war sufferers, a regional main sumo tourney of the Japan Professional Sumo Association will be held for 10 days beginning March 31 at the specially constructed ring at Gojo Shoyu-Koji, Shimokyo-ku, here.
