6 Wrestlers Still Maintain Unmarred Records

Six wrestlers, namely five in the "makunouchi" (senior) class and one in the "juryo" (junior) class, maintained their unmarred records by defeating their respective opponents on the fifth day of the spring main sumo tourney, January 13, at the Kokugikan, Tokyo.
The six undefeated grapplers are Futabayama, "yokozuna"; Saganohana, "komusubi"; Azumafuji, and Kamikaze, all of the West team, and Toyoshima and Sobuyama of the East team.
