Osaka Sumo On 2nd Day

    Maedayama and Nayoroiwa, both "ozeki" of the East team, went down in defeat before Bishuyama and Masuiyama, respectively, on the second day of the Osaka sumo tourney, November 12, at the specially constructed Kokugikan.
    By outpointing the West team 13 to 7 on that day, the East team increased its lead in the senior inter-team series to 8.
