East Team Captain Wins 12th Title As Sumo Tourney Ends

    Winning all of his scheduled 15 matches, Futabayama, "yokozuna" and captain of the East team, won his 12th individual title in the summer main sumo tourney of the Dai Nippon Sumo Association, which wound up on May 26,  at the Kokugikan, Tokyo, after a 15 day series.
    On the final day, Futabayama defeated Terukuni, in an all-Yokozuna match. In the other all-"yokozuna" bout, Haguroyama beat Akinoumi.
    In the senior inter-team competition, the West team eked out a victory over the East team by only three points, 168 to 165.
