Undefeated Record Is Kept; Haguroyama Defeats Sagamigawa

    By defeating Akinoumi, "yokozuna" of the West team, in a feature match on the 13th day of the current summer main sumo tourney, May 24,  at the Kokugikan, Tokyo, Futabayama "yokozuna" and captain of the East team, maintained his undefeated record since the opening day.
    Haguroyama, "yokozuna" of the East team, also defeated Sagamigawa, "sekiwake," to retain his winning streak. On the 13th day, the East team outpointed the West team 13 to 10, thus leading the senior inter-team series with a total of 146 to 143.
