Maintaining their winning streaks since the opening day of the current sumo tourney, Futabayama and Haguroyama won their respective matches on the 10th day of the 15 day series, May 21,  at the Kokugikan, Tokyo.
    The West team outpointed outpointed the East team 12 to 10 on that day, but the latter still leads the senior inter-team series by three points, 113 to 110.
