Sagamigawa Takes Measure Of Grand Champion
Futabayama, "yokozuna," suffered his second defeat
at the hands of Sagamigawa on the eighth day of the Osaka tourney of the
Dai Nippon Sumo Association, April 12, at the specially constructed Kokugikan
in the Fukushima park.
On the eighth day, the East and West teams tied
11 to 11, but the East squad leads the senior inter team series with a
total score of 90 to 84.
