Terukuni And Minanogawa Are Toppled As 'Aki' Continues Strong
Terukuni, 23 year old "ozeki" of the East team, who
has been going strong since the second day, suffered his second defeat
in the current main sumo tourney on its 11th day on January 21, losing
to Mutsunosato.
Minanogawa, "yokozuna" of the West team, suffered
his third defeat, beaten by Nayoroiwa.
Akinoumi, "ozeki" of the West team, continued to
win by defeating powerful Tamanoumi.
