Beer-belly? Don't fool yourself. The muscular mass below the chest of Futabayama, champion "sumo" wrestler, was developed through years of hard training by concentrating the sinews around the navel. It is, indeed, the result of practise, training, and hard work - not beer.
In "sumo", Nippon's national sport, this mountainous lump around the stomach plays an important role in the decisive moments of the match. A little "oogh" of the belly, if properly manipulated, will give the proper "kick " needed to push the opponent out of the ring.
