Admiral Isamu Takeshita, 70, retired, who consented Tuesday to serve as president of the Japan Sumo Association which supervises the activity of the long-haired professional wrestlers. He is also president of the Japan Young Men's Associations Federation, Japan Sea Scouts and Japan Yachting Association.
