Metropolitan Police officials on Thursday warned officials of the Dai Nippon Sumo Association to improved the condition of their arena in Honjo Ward before May 11, when the summer series will begin. The building was erected 1907, says the Hochi.
    They were also told not to overcrowd the arena by issuing too many free tickets and ordered to observe the capacity limit of the building,
