PRINCES SEE SUMO MATCHES

Tochigiyama Still Remains Undefeated; Dewagatake Wins Again

Dewagatake, the three hundred thirty pound wrestler of the East, emerged to the front again in his spectacular tussle against Shimizu yesterday. The bout was one of the most comical seen recently, Dewagatake swinging his opponent as a man would hurl a doll.
Being the second to the last day of the wrestling tournament, a large number of spectators crowded the Ryogoku stadium yesterday. Among the attentive onseers were Princes Asaka, Takeda and Higashi Fushima.
Tochigiyama, the extra champion of the East, who still holds a clean slate of victories, will probably retain his present title for another year if he defeats Nishinoumi, the veteran wrestler today. It is doubtless be a great contest.
The West still leads the East in the number of points, but the margin is so narrow that should the wrestlers of the East win five more victories than the West today the championship pennant will change hands.
Kiyosegawa disclosed skillful sumo yesterday when he defeated Tsurugahama, holder of the championship pennant of the East and West a few years ago. The contest between Onogawa and Shirakawa resulted in a victory for the former.
Today's interesting matches will probably be: Tsurugahama versus Asahibiki, Yamanishiki versus Onogawa, Kashiwayama versus Isuigawa, Shiraiwa versus Kiyosegawa, Onikaze versus Azumaseki and Tochigiyama versus Nishinoumi.
