ONOGAWA DEFEATS DEWAGATAKE AT RYOGOKU STADIUM

Many Spectators Present At Great Wrestling Contests

The largest crowd recorded so far this season entered the Kokugikan stadium yesterday to see the third day's wrestling matches. Dewagatake, the biggest man in the sumo troupe, lost to Onogawa amidst the applause from several thousand throats. Brute force this time was the loser to skill.
Tsunenohana who was expected to exhibit an interesting tussle was "sick". When he will recover is still unknown but as soon as he is in good spirits again after his defeat in the hands of Wakahitachi on Friday he will probably be seen in the ring.
Wrestling fans were disappointed yesterday in Misugiiso's defeat. The noted sumotori lost through using too much of his strength on Ayaoni who dodged Misugiiso and let him run off the ring through momentum.
The premier contest of the day between Tochigiyama, the extra champion of the East and Kiyosegawa was a draw.
