After seven hours' deliberation, the officers of the Tokyo Wrestling Association adopted a draft for the betterment of the conditions of wrestlers, on January 22, and asked the opinion of the representatives of the wrestlers, who recently struck, according to a report from Tokyo. The draft is said to be based mainly upon the 11 demands made by the wrestlers.
    The draft well be further discussed on January 23 by the directors of the association.
