The first day of the annual wrestling matches for the spring season took place, at the Ekoin grounds, Friday. None of the wrestlers of the first rank took part in the matches. As it happened, Thursday, a number of demands on the Tokyo Wrestlers Association, requesting a reform in treatment and a raise in salaries for the wrestlers were refused in a conference held at the Uyeno-kan Restaurant, at Uyeno.
