Under the auspices of the Kyoto Branch of the Osaka Mainichi, wrestling matches between the students of middle grade schools in Kyoto and Shiga Prefecture will be carried out at a ring at Kamogawara, at the rear of the Kyoto Medical College, at 11 a.m., October 8.
    Among those participating in these matches, are the Kyoto Second Middle School, Kyoto First and Second Commercial Schools, Higashiyama Middle School, Yawata Commercial School, and Ritsumei Middle School. Seven wrestlers will be sent from each school.
    The school which wins the victory will be given the championship flag from the Osaka Mainichi, and the Champion wrestler will be given a sword contributed by Mr. Mabuchi, Mayor of Kyoto.
