Tachiyama, the greatest champion wrestler in Japan, will retire from the ring next January, as previously announced. It was said that because of the recent destruction of the Kokugikan amphitheatre, the ceremony of his retirement would be postponed, but Tachiyama is expected to stick to his original decision.
