Owing to the destruction of the wrestling hall at Ryogoku, the January wrestling matches will be held in the grounds of the Yasukuni Shrine at Kudan, commencing January 11. A temporary arena will be constructed, which will furnish covered stands for about eight thousand spectators. It is said that the committee made application on Sunday afternoon to the Department of War, to which the grounds of the shrine belong, for permission to rent the space.
