WRESTLERS FOR THE FAIR

About 40 wrestlers of Tokyo, with Tachiyama and Nishinoumi as leaders of the opposing camps, may make an exhibition tour of California after the May tournaments at Ryogoku.
The proceeds from the wrestling exhibitions in Hawaii last year, in which less than 40 stout ones took part, amounted to more than 10,000 yen in Japanese money, and even better results are expected from the proposed California tour. Wrestlers of the best physique will be selected from the great Tokyo troupe to be sent to California, and, besides Nishinoumi and Tachiyama as leaders Kurosegawa, Orochigata, Onishiki, Tsushima-nada, and Onaruto are mentioned among the prospective exponents of Japanese wrestling to the American public.
