Messer. Negishi, Kasugano, and Takekuma, of the Tokyo Wrestlers Association were sanctioned yesterday to build the Ryogoku Theater. Invitations are already out for the ceremony of consecrating the lot which will be celebrated by theatrical and musical entertainment at 10 a.m. today. The Arai-gumi are the constructors of the Theater builder.
