Washington, Sept. 28. - President Roosevelt today was presented with a handsome jeweled Japanese sword. The presentation was arranged for by Ambassador Aoki and made by Taniemon Hitachiyama, the champion wrestler of Japan, who is on a sight-seeing tour of the United States.
